The EZEwall thin-brick dwarf wall system consists of a

lightweight thin-brick cladding bonded onto a durable backing board

The panels are then fixed to a galvanised steel frame which bolts

directly onto the steel base and, once assembled, provides strength greater than the frames of a standard full height conservatory.

The frame, 140mm thick is filled with insulation quilt which provides

a high thermal value that will reduce heat in the summer and retain heat in the winter.  The frame also provides the means of concealing electric cables and plumbing which can be routed through the frames.

The internal board finish of the dwarf wall can be whatever the purchaser wishes, or a set of profiled panels can be supplied to finish the inside with matching brickwork

WALL FINISHES

The standard finish for dwarf walls is a thin brick veneer.  This gives a matching finish to houses that are themselves brick.  Plain walls can be supplied for rendering.

About The EZEwall dwarf wall system

The EZEwall factory made dwarf wall system was a natural progression from the steel bases.  We found that, although the bases were popular, it was considered a bad idea to build traditional brickwork onto of the base to produce a dwarf wall.  Therefore, we developed a brick veneered panel, fixed to a steel frame, supplied in sections to be bolted together on site. Once the wall sections were fixed and bolted to the base the finished effect was that of a traditionally built dwarf wall, except it was faster to install, did not require tradesmen to install it, and could be erected at any time of the year and in all weathers.  Since the 1960s we have sold many hundreds of these EZEwall kits and clients from all walks of life and professions have found them easy to install.

As with our  EZEbase system we are constantly looking for ways the make the system as easy to install as possible
